Alright, we haven't updated since Thanksgiving, which means Christmas and New Years have come and gone.... alright most of the winter has passed so here goes

We continued the tradition of holding the Leatherow family party on Christmas Eve (sorry no pics, we were having such a good time we forgot to get the camera out)

Christmas at our house was short & sweet...

But lots of Fun ... The boys got gaming chairs and an new XBOX,

Amber got lots of clothes, and Shon got an MP3 Player and clothes.

Santa even remember Nika & Louie..

During the christmas break Dale & Tom took the kids (minus Kyle who had a back injury from wrestling) sledding at Rolling Hills Park...

Even Dale & Amber managed to get in on the fun

The boys have been busy playing a bit of indoor soccer and doing alot of wrestling (unfortunately we don't have any pics because our camera doesn't do action shots well), ...

Kyle wrestled most of the highschool season at the JV 125 spot and just missed qualifying for state but took 3rd place at Sophmore Region

Logan wrestled for the RockWahl Jr high club at the 70 pound spot and was one of the team captains. He took 4th at the State 4A/5A Junior High Tournament where he suffered a season ending injury (broken collar bone)

Kegan had a great folkstyle wrestling season, he had only two losses all season and took 2nd place at the Beehive Brawl National Tournament in Richfied in January
(the Freestyle season promises to be tougher since he has gained weight and will be moving up an age division)

Perhaps the biggest achievment is Logan becoming a member of the National Junior Honor Society. To achieve this he had to have a 3.7 or higher GPA and good citizenship as well as recive recomendation from a teacher. We are proud of his ambition and drive to be a good student!!!

It was a happy Thanksgiving

The weekend of the 21st and 22nd Dale and Logan had a scout campout at Mantua. They had a good time campping out. They did a service project the next day by digging holes for new archery targets.

Most of us were out of school and off of work, for four days over Thanksgiving. So obviously we went hunting. Wednesday everyone except Kyle (because of wrestling practice) went to Salt Creek. The birds were flying long and we went through a lot of shells. Logan shot a hen pintail and a hen widgeon. Weston got two hen pintail and Colton got a drake pintail. The rest of the weekend was spent trying to get Kyle's swan with no luck.

On Thanksgiving the family came over and the only pictures we got were of Liam. He is pretty much the life of the party whenever he comes around. Tom and Shar's family came, Josh, Jen, and Liam, along with Tess, Blake, and Corbin.
